He Executive powerthrough the Supreme Decree No. 196-2023-EF, published this September 10 in A Peruvian manauthorized, via supplementary credit, the transfer of S/58 million 192,545 for the recovery and strengthening of tourism promotion and development actions in Peru.
The item is destined for the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Exports and Tourism (PromperĂș), charged to the resources from the higher income collected and not used in previous years, as a result of the application of Law No. 27889, which creates the Fund and the Extraordinary Tax for the Promotion and Development of National Tourism.
The norm establishes that the resources of the supplementary credit referred to in this supreme decree They cannot be used, under responsibility, for purposes other than those for which they are incorporated.
The legal device is signed by the President of the Republic, Dina Boluarte Zegarra; the Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Juan Carlos Mathews; and the head of Economy and Finance, Alex Contreras.
