This September 14 and 15 there will be a new real estate auction of the National Program of Seized Assets (Pronabi). The entity will offer 17 properties —including land, houses, apartments and more— located in different districts of Lime, such as Barranco or La Molina, and other provinces of Peru. Product of confiscations in the framework of processes for crimes committed against the Peruvian State, these will be auctioned in the auditorium of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, Scipión Llona 350 street, Miraflores. What requirements do I need to participate in the 2023 furniture auction?

as a natural person

  • Presentation letter: This requirement has the quality of an affidavit, through which the bidder expresses his intention to participate in the public auction, regarding any property. Said statement must be signed by the bidder.
  • Simple copy of the identity document: DNI or immigration card.
  • Sworn declaration: through this requirement, the bidder declares not to have been a public official or servant who has provided service under any labor or contractual regime in favor of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights or Pronabi; not be prevented from contracting with the Peruvian State; not be a debtor of the State; and not have a police, judicial and criminal record regarding the crimes indicated in Legislative Decree No. 1373. If convicted, he must be rehabilitated in accordance with the provisions of article 69 of the Penal Code.
  • Non-negotiable cashier’s check: This requirement constitutes a guarantee and possible advance payment in case of being granted the good pro and to be considered as valid. The check must have certain specific requirements found in section 15 of this link.
