Besides of lemon, a new product in the family basket has increased its price. It’s about the Red onion, indispensable input in Peruvian food. As indicated Christian GarayGeneral Director of Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation of Policies of the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (midagri), the price of this vegetable has reached the historical maximum registered so far.
