There are 130 companies – all already on the market – that will be located in this new shopping center of 75,000 square meters of construction in which the promoter has invested 50 million dollars and another 30 million dollars by the tenants who are already decorating and furnishing their premises on the ground floor, mezzanine, first and second floor.

Mall del Norte is an initiative of a private company Favorite corporation. The municipal register will be located at the service points, and for the first time, a shopping center will have a National Police station. Naula points out that an inter-institutional agreement has already been signed and that in addition to providing services to the community, this institution will also be connected to the shopping center’s operations center, with a security console, and this will help all areas that have a panic button to have a faster and more efficient response to any situation that may appear.

The stores will hold a pre-opening on Thursday, September 7, inviting customers and giving special offers. But for the general public, the inauguration will be on Thursday, 8. Working hours will be from 10:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Sunday in business premises and until 22:00 in the restaurant.
