The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) reported that the Ancash region will benefit from seven drinking water, infrastructure and rural sanitation projects, which will have an investment of S / 27 million 303,709.
These works will benefit more than 4,900 inhabitants and will generate more than 780 direct jobs in the provinces of Bolognesi, Carhuaz, Huaraz, Pallasca and Sihuas. They will be executed by the MVCS National Rural Sanitation Program and the district municipalities of Alfonso Ugarte, Pallasca, Pampas, Pampas Grande and Mangas.
These works are part of the Government economic reactivation program Peru on the Move.

The MVCS reported that among the projects is the execution of tracks and sidewalks in the streets of Pallasca, in the district and province of the same name, with a financing of S / 9.6 million, and that will benefit more than 900 inhabitants.
On the other hand, the drinking water system and sanitation service will be installed in the villages of Ullulluco, Puquio, Porvenir, Ocshay, Bellavista and Sillairca, in the district of Alfonso Ugarte, province of Sihuas. This work has an investment of S / 6.8 million and will benefit more than 530 inhabitants.
It should be noted that the “Peru en Marcha” program includes at the national level the execution of 133 works in 17 regions, for which the Executive Power has established a budget of S / 520.5 million, in charge of the MVCS. These projects will benefit a total of 144,000 inhabitants and will generate about 11,500 direct jobs.
