SBS urges Caja Raíz debtors to continue with their payments: where to make them?

After the intervention of the Caja Rural de Ahorro y Crédito Raíz SAA (CRAC Raíz) due to financial insolvency, the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) recommended that individuals and companies that maintain loans with this entity continue to comply with their payments, since your credit history could be affected. According to the statement published by the SBS on its social networks, Caja Raíz clients with loans or other obligations must continue to comply with the payment schedule if they do not want to affect their credit histories. These are the accounts of the financial institutions to make the respective deposits:

Collection accounts:

  • National bank
  • Credit Bank of Peru
  • bbva bank
  • Scotia Bank.

BCP checking accounts:

  • Suns: 193-1523490-0-87
  • Dollars: 193-2336194-1-28

When the corresponding payment has been made, the receipt must be sent to atencionalusuario@raizperu.com or WhatsApp 942 071 601. Remember that, when you go to the corresponding window, you must indicate the ID number of the credit holder or the credit code.

Caja Raíz in liquidation: what happens if you are late in the payment?

In the event that the client is days behind in payment and these have generated a delay between August 10 and 20, they will not be charged. In the same way, if a commission for the payment applies, it will be returned in your next installment, as long as the payment is made until August 20.

Finally, the SBS emphasized that no payment should be made to officials of the Caja Raíz.
