LATAM Airlines Peru has confirmed the start of its direct flights Lima – London, a historic operation that will begin on Friday, December 1, with 5 frequencies per week. Here we tell you all the details of this new route, such as flight time, departure times, as well as the price of the ticket.

“We are very happy for the start of this operation. With our direct flights to London Heathrow International Airport, we became the first Peruvian airline to fly directly to London. This, added to the wide deployment of the start of operations in the last months of the year, continues to strengthen our commitment to the country and Peruvians,” said Manuel van Oordt, CEO of LATAM Airlines Peru.

This operation, subject to certain administrative authorizationscontemplated in 12-hour flights, will link the country’s capital with the European continent on a new route to be operated on Boeing 789 aircraft, a modern fleet with a capacity for a total of 300 passengers: 30 passengers in the Premium Business cabin and 270 in Economy, according to the following itinerary:

How much does the ticket cost?

According to the LATAM Airlines website, the one-way leg to London costs US$711.27, while the return has a value of US$922.52. at the current exchange rate they would be costing S/2,648 and S/3,434, respectively. It should be noted that prices vary depending on demand.
