From this month to September, two housing fairs will be held in Guayaquil and Quito, organized by the Bank of the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (Biess).
The first fair is scheduled for August 30 and will last until September 3, at the Guayaquil Simón Bolívar Convention Center; while the second is planned from September 14 to 17 at the Metropolitan Convention Center in Quito.
Security is increasingly a priority when buying a home and is almost as important as price
In both cases, visitors will be offered information about solutions, loans and interest rates during the day, according to Biess. The ticket price, according to the website www.expoplaza.ec, will be $2, both in Guayaquil and Quito.
