The National Superintendency of State Assets (SBN), an entity attached to the Ministry of Housing Construction and Sanitation (MVCS)will make the third auction of State land 2023 to offer opportunities to citizens to acquire land that can be used for social housing, industrial or commercial investment. The National Superintendence of State Assets will auction 13 properties, of which seven are located in Metropolitan Lima and six in Áncash, Piura and Moquegua. These lands have a surface area of 876,793.22 square meters and the base price offer is US$23,790.
In the case of Lima, there are seven lots and they are located in the districts of Santa Rosa and Carabayllo, with an area ranging from 9,000 to 43,000 square meters. For its part, Ancash has two properties with 2,000 to 500,000 square meters, while Moquegua and Piura will offer two plots in each region ranging from 2,000 to 88,000 square meters.

➤ SBN Auction 2023: when and where will it take place?
According to the SBN, the public act of the State land auction will be held on September 15 in person at the offices of said entity located at Calle Chinchón No. 890, San Isidro.
➤ Land auction 2023: how to register and until when?
People who wish to register as a bidder for the auction have until August 23 to do so and they must follow these steps:

- To participate as a bidder, you must have registered in the application within the period indicated in the schedule of the administrative bases and present your envelopes 1 and 2 on the established date.
- It is not necessary to pay the bases or provide any proof of payment.

➤ Auction 2023 of the SBN: what is the modality that will be used?
The SBN stated that the modality that will be used in the auction is a closed envelope with the possibility of improving the offer out loud and with an open bid at a fixed time.
