Sidenor reaches a preliminary agreement with UGT, CCOO and USO for five years

The agreed contents establish fixed remuneration increases of 2.5% in 2022; 2% in 2023, 2024 and 2025, and 1.5% in 2026.

Sidenor reached a preliminary agreement this Saturday with UGT, CCOO and USO on the conditions of the group’s new framework agreement for the next five years, as reported by this steel-producing company in a statement.

The agreed contents establish increases in fixed remuneration from 2.5% in 2022; 2% in 2023, 2004 and 2025, and 1.5% in 2026. As of January 1, 2027, a salary revision clause of the CPI has been established.

Variable remuneration, depending on the company’s results, can reach up to 2% from the year 2023. A premium has also been set at the signing of the framework agreement for 1,000 non-consolidable euros in January 2022.

They have also agreed partial retirements for those born between 1958 and 1964, and the signing of two hundred new permanent contracts.

The annual journey It will be 212 days from 2022 to 2024, and 211 from 2025 to 2026.

The management of the company considers that this preliminary agreement provides “stability” to face the future “with greater guarantee”, and represents a “great economic effort” that recognizes the effort made in recent years by all the people who make up the company.
