The report identifies six dimensions that have a positive or negative impact on the reputation of organizations: emotional, financial, sustainability, work environment, leadership management, and product and service.
Diego Fuentes, co-founder from INC Consultores, found that the financial dimension received the highest score with 667, followed by products and services with 651; while Sustainability had the worst citizen rating with 599.

“In terms of reputation, what is said about a company is more important than what a company communicates about itself,” said Orbe, who found that 17.4% of Ecuadorians believe that offering quality products is the most important aspect of a company’s work, followed by good attitude towards customers (16.1%) and concern for the well-being of their employees (13.7%).
