Suspended tourism services

Normally, in situations of emergency, it is possible that tourist services are suspended. Therefore, if you already had a reservation in the affected areas, you can agree with the provider to reschedule or refund your money. If the company does not provide solution options, you can file a claim.

If you are in an area declared in emergency and you have to pay a mortgage or consumer loan, ask your financial institution if it is possible to access a rescheduling, in accordance with the guidelines of the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS).
