The National Superintendence of Customs and Tax Administration (Sunat) reported that this Friday, July 21, an auction of seized assets will take place to taxpayers who did not regularize their debts on time. For this reason, more than 30 properties valued in total at S/42 million 600,438.11 will be auctioned.
In detail, there are four pieces of land in Paracas (Pisco) valued at S/1.6 million each, two parking lots in San Miguel for S/26 million 905,027 each, two commercial premises in Surco for up to S/46 million 733.11, 16 closets in Surco and seven buildings, including a house in San Borja, a warehouse in Surco and an apartment in Callao.

How to participate in the Sunat property auction?
To participate in the auction, it is required to carry a valid ID. Likewise, the bid will be made under the ‘sealed envelope’ modality, that is, all bidders must present their proposals and the one who has made the highest economic offer wins, as long as it meets the established requirements.
