He Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) published a project of the regulation of the Law that promotes environmental decontamination and establishes the removal of aerial wiring in disuse or in poor condition in urban areas, in order to receive comments.
Ministerial Resolution No. 839-2023-MTC/01 is disclosed for the purpose of receiving the opinions, comments and/or suggestions of the public, within a period of 10 business days from the day after the publication of the measure in the official newspaper El Peruano.
The regulation is published in compliance with Law No. 31595, a Law that promotes environmental decontamination and establishes the removal of disused or in poor condition aerial wiring in urban areas of the country, issued in October 2022.
