The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) appointed Eduardo Josue Mariños Alfaro as representative of the Pension Standardization Office (ONP) before the Ad Hoc Commission created by Law No. 29625, Law for the return of Fonavi money to the workers who contributed to it.
Through ministerial resolution No. 248-2023-EF/10, MEF also terminates the appointment of Rodolfo Baca Gómez Sánchez for the same position, thanking him for the services provided.

An ordinary session was also convened on July 13 to discuss the inclusion of the 328,000 Fonavistas excluded for “alleged benefits of Fonavi resources”, who were excluded by a rule declared partly unconstitutional in ruling 012-2014/TC.
“Sentence where the inapplicability of the S/10 formula is established, because it violates the right to property. For the same reason, trying to exclude 328,000 fonavistas from the return will constitute an act of confiscation of assets resulting from their remuneration,” said the association of fonavistas.
