Bond 210: S / 615 million transfer is authorized to Essalud for payment to the private sector

The Government of President Pedro Castillo authorized the transfer of S / 615 billion 249 thousand 201 in favor of the Social Health Security – EsSalud, in order to finance the payment of the Extraordinary bonus of S / 210 for private sector workers, which are around 3 million people.

Through Ministerial Resolution No. 234-2021-TR, the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) indicates that these resources, to be paid from this month of December, cannot be used, under responsibility, for different purposes for which they have been transferred.

“In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 9.7 of article 9 of Emergency Decree No. 105-2021, Emergency Decree that establishes the granting of an extraordinary bonus in favor of formal personnel from the private sector and the public sector with lower incomes” , says the document.

Likewise, it is established that the owner of EsSalud, Mario Carhuapoma, is responsible for the proper implementation, as well as the use and destination of the resources included in the financial transfer.

The resolution that provides for the transfer of more than S / 615 million in favor of Essalud has the signature of the Minister of Labor, Betssy Chávez.

Bond 210 is already delivered in the public sector

Executive sources confirmed to La República that the payment of the S / 210 bond has already been delivered to some state workers. However, the vast majority of the beneficiaries of this first group would be receiving the bonus in the remainder of November. In total, 250,000 public sector workers will receive this extraordinary subsidy.

The requirement to receive it – in addition to having a salary less than or equal to S / 2,000 – is that the personnel of the national government and regional government must be registered in October 2021 in the Computer Application for the Centralized Register of Payrolls and Data from Human Resources of the Public Sector (Airhsp) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).

Meanwhile, local government workers must appear on the electronic worksheet (Plame) of the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE). Said workers must be under the scope of legislative decrees N ° 276, N ° 728, N ° 1057 and Law N ° 30057. It also reaches the personnel included in the norms that regulate special careers. Bonus 210: Who is it for?

This one-time monetary support will be given to employees who comply with having a monthly salary or gross income of up to S / 2,000. Likewise, the beneficiary will have to be on the payroll, since this proves that he is working in a formal job.

The National Superintendency of Labor Inspection (Sunafil) has provided a virtual application to know if you are on the payroll. For this, you must follow the following steps:
