Claro: operator denounces damage to its infrastructure in Huaral

Clear has denounced constant fiber optic cuts that are harming your network in the province of Huaral. The telecommunications company has indicated that these damages to its infrastructure are intentionally caused by third parties, manually.

According to the reports, the affectation has been registered in four fiber optic planes and a network trunk installed in the city of Huaral, where other local service providers also operate.

Although Claro affirmed that the acts of vandalism and sabotage have not implied a direct affectation to the active services or to the clients, since this network had less than a week of having been commercially authorized for new installations, it maintained that said situation “It generates an economic and commercial impact while the repair work is completed.”
