They approve the second call for the delivery of the Housing Lease Bonus

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) approved the second call for the year 2022 for the granting of 7 Housing Lease Bonds for Emergencies (BAE)through Ministerial Resolution No. 266-2022-HOUSING.

The potential beneficiaries of this bond will be the 7 victims with collapsed or uninhabitable homes as a result of intense rainfall, located in the Amazonas region and who have been declared in emergency by Supreme Decree No. 050-2022-PCM: 4 are located in the district of Milpuc, 2 in Ocumal and 1 in Cajaruro.

It must be taken into account that these dwellings have been validated by the General Directorate of Programs and Projects in Housing and Urbanism (DGPPVU).

In addition, it is provided that the value of the BAE is S/ 500 and it will be granted on a monthly basis for a maximum period of up to two years, for the lease of a home located in the department of Amazon. The list of potential beneficiaries will be published on September 30 on the ministry’s website, as well as in the corresponding municipalities.

When will they be able to collect the Housing Lease Bonus?

The date of the first collection of the BAE in the Banco de la Nación will be published in the digital offices of the FMV (www.mivivienda.com.pe) and the MVCS (www.gob.pe/vivienda). Likewise, the FMV will notify the corresponding municipalities.

With regard to the deadlines of the calls,Potential beneficiaries have a maximum period of 15 business days to present these documents.: request for granting of the BAE, affidavit of not having a dwelling other than the collapsed or uninhabitable one and the lease of the dwelling, signed with the landlord of the same, with legalized signatures.

The District Municipalities of Ocumal, Milpuc and Cajaruro must send the documents presented by the potential beneficiaries, within a maximum period of 5 business days to the MVCS.

The DGPPVU will verify that the homes to be leased are not identified as collapsed or uninhabitable and sends the final list of potential BAE beneficiaries to the MIVIVIENDA Fund (FMV) within a maximum period of 5 business days. Potential beneficiaries who submit applications for granting the BAE after the established term lose the right to grant the bonus.
