Pronobis Holding Inversiones, together with the construction company Vintimilla, started the construction of the Bari project, in the Karibao complex, located at km 7.5 of the Playa-Engabao highway. It is a residential tower that will be built with an investment of 6 million dollars and for which the first stone has already been laid.
An event held on Monday, June 19, attended by executives from Pronobis and the construction company, marked the official start of this phase of the project.

Bari, which is the second residential tower of Karibao, consists of 29 units spread over 4 levels and ground floor, also with 2 to 3 bedroom suites and apartments ranging from 67 square meters. Residents of Bari can enjoy a wide range of amenities such as a social area, barbecue area, swimming pool and children’s games within the same building.
During the construction phase, 85 direct jobs will be created, providing employment opportunities for the local community and strengthening the economy of Kariba.

Felipe Bernal, general manager of Pronobis, reminded that “the project started a few years ago and has always shown its importance for the region, some events are worth highlighting, the first was reaching the balance point and building the first tower of 100 Acqua apartments, we released the second tower for sale twelve months ago, which is called Bari, which is 100% sold from the emblematic project”.
Bari owners will have access to all the amenities and benefits offered by Karibao. This includes tennis courts on the beach as well as a private “casa playa” club, you can also enjoy dining options at the “casa laguna” restaurant and explore the three hectares of crystal lagoon.

“With this first stone, we started building the dream of 29 families who believed in our project and who will soon, in 15-16 months, officially open their apartments”, added the General Director of Pronobis.
The lagoon, surrounded by white sand, becomes the center of attention of Karibao, which has a total of 50 hectares. It is designed for water sports with a light load such as swimming, rowing, paddle boarding and a candle. It also has a paved walkway that allows visitors to explore it on foot, as well as a dedicated trail for skaters, cyclists and runners, Bernal added.
