The Lima Park Service (Serpar) announced that it will hold its second land auction in 2023. In total, there are 62 areas located in nine districts of Lime Metropolitan that will be auctioned in this public call of the year. Interested parties may purchase lots with base prices from 101 square meters to 2,797 square meters.
The public body indicated that all land They are registered in the name of Serpar in the Land Registry of Lima and, in addition, they have use zoning for housing or real estate projects, as well as basic electricity and water services.
Land auction in Lima: where are they located?
The lands to be auctioned are located in the districts of Ate, Carabayllo, La Molina, Lurigancho – Chosica, Miraflores, Pucusana, Puente Piedra, San MartÃn de Porres and Santiago de Surco. In addition, the lots that will be auctioned are located near main avenues, commercial establishments, schools, markets, banks, restaurants, health centers, among others.
A novelty is that now the bidders will have the possibility to see their ‘future lot’ through a digital viewfinderwhich from a link will be able to carry out searches in real time on the locations, price ranges, sizes and important data of the properties to be acquired.

When and where will the land auction take place?
The auction will take place on Sunday, July 16 at 9:00 am and will take place in the Parque de La Muralla, located at the intersection of jr. Amazon with jr. Lamp in the Cercado de Lima.
The Interested parties who wish to participate must purchase, until July 14, the bases in this link, whose price is S/50. Another modality of purchase is in person at the headquarters of Parque La Muralla and the Cahuide metropolitan club (Ate), from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
