Indecopi recommendations
Indecopi reminds consumers that it is important to contract the services of formal providers to avoid possible scams. Likewise, users can verify if the company was previously fined by entering the portal Look Who You Buy from.
The entity also recalls that travel and tourism agencies have the obligation to provide all the necessary information about the characteristics of the service: itinerary, duration of the tour, places that will be visited, if they include the costs of tickets to archaeological or historical centers, in other aspects.
