This Tuesday, June 6, the Congress of the Republic formalized the creation of its Formative Modalities Center upon publication in the official newspaper El Peruano of legislative resolution 3513 that modifies article 26 of its own regulation.
As detailed, the Center for Formative Modalities of the Congress has a special organization regime, like the Permanent Commission, and is governed by a statute approved by the Board of Directors.
The device contemplates classes of formative modalities of services: pre-professional and professional practices, the same ones that have a maximum term of one year.
Requirement: belong to the upper third
This benefit corresponds to both students as graduates who belong to the upper third of professional careers “necessarily indispensable” for the proper functioning of the Legislative power.

The resolution also contemplates the implementation of university extension coursesas part of the selection process for access to the training modalities of services.
Practices in Congress: what is the minimum condition?
Access to the training modalities of services and university extension courses will be through a public contest. This, in order to follow the principle of meritocracy and equal opportunities.
For selection as an intern, the minimum qualifying condition is considered to be approval of the university extension course. The positions are established by agreement of the Board of Directors.
How much is the payment?
About the amount of the monthly economic subsidy for any form of training, it is indicated that it will not be less than a minimum living wage, currently set at S/1,025. In addition, the student or graduate in practice must comply with the maximum scheduled day.
