The American brand GAP opened its first store in the country this Saturday, June 3, 2023 in Mall del Sol.

Pants, T-shirts, blouses, short pants, dresses are part of its clothing offering in three categories: women’s, men’s and children’s. There are t-shirts from $39.99; blouses for HRK 44.88; and at the opening there is a 30% discount on all goods, and a 10% discount on payment with Produbanco cards. The promotion is valid this Saturday and Sunday.

GAP Inc. reports 3,453 stores in more than 40 countries, 75% of which are operated by the same company, according to data from the results report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2023, published on May 25 from San Francisco (United States). ).

It arrives in Ecuador with its franchisee AR Holdings, which also manages other brands of the group such as Old Navy – which arrived in the country eight months ago – and Forever 21. So these three brands are now in the same shopping center.

The GAP store is located on the second floor in the renovated part of the Mall del Sol, where there are also stores of other global brands that are preparing to open soon, such as Bath & Body Works and Victoria’s Secret, which arrived in the country at the end of 2021 and are their first stores. also opened in Guayaquil, in the San Marino shopping center, and now they are expanding in the city.
