He Ministry of Production (Produce) approved the exemption from payment of registration fees for the process of establishing companies through the Business Development Centers – CDE, in favor of smaller non-formalized economic units whose capital stock is up to 1 UIT (S/4,950) .
Through supreme decree No. 005-2023-PRODUCE, measures are established to encourage, for 3 years from the date, the formalization of micro-enterprises and mypes within the framework of the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 1332, which facilitates the constitution of companies through the CDEs.
The acts of reservation of registration preference and company incorporation will be carried out before the Registry of Legal Entities of the National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp), provided they are derived through the CDE authorized by Produce.
In addition to starting the business constitution process before the CDE, the beneficiaries must issue electronic payment receipts for the provision of the economic activities they carry out, as long as they are obliged in accordance with the regulations issued by the National Superintendency of Customs and Tax Administration. (Sunat).
The impact of the approved exemptions is measured through the rate of micro and small companies – mype established, which is calculated based on the number of micro and small companies – MYPE constituted in the CDE compared to the previous year.
Produce, through the National Program “Your Company”, prepares an annual report on the performance indicator that has had the impact of the new incentive measures for business formalization.
