“The extension of validity on the dates indicated will avoid the congestion of the agencies, especially during the dates of payment to ONP pensioners and beneficiaries of social programs Pensión 65 and Juntos, among others, since this way clients will have more time to renew the plastics. In addition, those who do not have the card due to theft, loss, deterioration or retention at ATMs will be attended with priority,” the bank said in a press release.
In addition, he noted that it is important to note that expired debit cards they cannot be used for purchases in establishments affiliated with Visa and in ATMs of other banks. “Customers with cards expired in January 2022 are recommended to go to a BN agency to renew them and avoid being blocked,” he said.
