The Peruvian Government ordered the delivery of 55 lease bonds (BAE) more for the families affected by the mudslides that occurred during the first quarter of 2023.

The ministerial resolution No. 240-2023-VIVIENDA establishes that 11 of them will be directed to the victims of the district of The tallprovince of Talara, in Piura.

Meanwhile, ministerial resolution No. 241-2023-VIVIENDA provides that the other 44 be allocated to homes located in the district of Saint Anthonyprovince of Huarochirí, department of Lima.

The collapsed or uninhabitable homes considered for this new issue of the BAE have been validated by the General Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning Programs and Projects (hereinafter, DGPPVU) of the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS).

This is a S/500 subsidy that will be delivered monthly for two years, so that families who lost their homes can find another place to rent, but always in the department where they register.

Each family must register to receive their BAE of S/500 in the corresponding municipality starting tomorrow, Monday, May 15. Those who do not meet this requirement will lose the possibility of receiving the benefit in the future.
