The Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) declared the dissolution of the Konecta Group Savings and Credit Cooperative Peru for being involved in the cause of inactivity.
Pursuant to SBS resolution No. 01279-2023, Luis Augusto Gonzales Cubas and Edwin Esquivias Astete are appointed as temporary, principal and alternate administrators, respectively, of the Grupo Konecta Peru Savings and Credit Cooperative in dissolution.
From now on, it is prohibited to initiate, against Konecta Peru, judicial or administrative processes for the collection of receivables under its responsibility, pursue the execution of judicial decisions issued against it, and constitute liens on any of its assets as guarantee of the obligations that concern you
Nor may payments, advances or compensation be made, or obligations assumed on her behalf, with the funds or assets that belong to her and are in the possession of third parties, nor constitute a precautionary measure against her assets.
Finally, the SBS authorizes the temporary administrators of Grupo Konecta Perú in dissolution, so that any of them, on behalf of this Superintendency, perform the necessary acts to carry out the dissolution.
