Own Roof Program
The Techo Propio program is a program aimed at families with monthly family income that do not exceed the value of S/3,715 to buy and S/2,706 to build or improve your home, the same one that will have basic services of electricity, water, drainage.

Let us remember that on February 20, the Ministry of Housing launched the first call of 2023 for the delivery of the Family Housing Bonus (BFH) in the “Building on own site” modality, of the Techo Propio program. The entity arranged about 19,000 bonds to apply to this benefit.
New Mivivienda Credit
It’s a mortgage credit that allows you to buy any living place, improve and build on their own land or independent airs. The New Mivivienda Credit finances the purchase of finished homes that are for first sale or second use, whose value is from S/65,200 to S/464,200 in a payment term ranging from 5 to 25 years.
To access the credit, the applicant must be a natural person residing in Peru or a Peruvian residing abroad who meets the following requirements:

- It must not have no subloan pending payment to the FMV.

Good Payer Bonus (BBP)
The New Mivivienda Credit provides the benefit of good payer bonuswhich is a non-reimbursable financial aid that is granted if you acquire a loan through the Intermediary Financial Institutions (IFI).
This bonus helps to increase your initial fee and obtain a smaller loan. The value of Good Pay Bonusr is a function of the value of the home in a staggered manner:

It’s a mortgage credit that facilitates the acquisition of urban, private or public land for housing or housing and commerce purposes. The maximum financing term is 8 years and the maximum amount is S/50,000.
Characteristics
- Your payment fee will always be the same, since your interest rate is fixed and in soles.
- There is no maximum value of the land to be financed.
