  • Amount of the bonus: S/500

Bonus for rains 2023: how to access?

He MVCS enabled the official link of Housing Lease Bond for Emergencies (BAE), aimed at the population affected by the rains caused by Cyclone Yaku. Find out if you could be a beneficiary of that State bond.

  • Amount of the bonus: S/500 monthly for a period of 2 years.
  • Beneficiaries: local governments must send the registers of victims to the MVCS so that these records can be uploaded to the National Information System for Response and Rehabilitation (Sinpad) of the National Institute of Civil Defense (Indeci).
  • Requirements to access: the home you own must have been declared uninhabitable or destroyed by weather or human action. The home must be located in a place declared an emergency by the Government. You must prove that you own the affected home, and you must not have another home in the region where the emergency occurred.
