  • A payment for the day of work.
  • An additional payment for working on holidays if days off are agreed.

For the National Superintendence of Labor Inspection (Sunafil), this payment is made mandatory and if the worker does not take their respective breaks for such dates. In any case, it would correspond to up to three times his daily salary. That is, if you earn something of S/300 per day, and work the days Holy Thursday and Good Friday, it would correspond to S/900 for each day. This payment must be paid during the fortnight or at the end of the month.
