Congress promotes a law that modifies the agrarian regime

Currently, the worker can choose to receive CTS concepts and gratuities in the terms established by law, without being prorated.

Similarly, the Special Bonus for Agricultural Work (BETA), corresponding to 30% of the RMV on a non-remunerative basis, will be paid monthly based on the number of days worked, and no longer with the possibility of paying monthly or in daily proportions according to the number of days worked.

It also clarifies that the right to daily remuneration (RD), which is generated as long as more than four hours a day is worked on average, will be paid monthly.

In addition, it proposes that the vacation rest be 30 calendar days paid per year of service or the corresponding fraction, unless agreed between the worker and the employer for a longer period. At this time, rest is the proportional part of what corresponds to thirty-day vacations per year of services, depending on the type of contract.
