Once these steps are completed, the ONP will call the member to register the request. The evaluation is within an average period of 30 business days. If everything is satisfied, an email with the resolution will be sent to you.
There are 11 service centers to which You can go from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
