Indecopi will auction houses, warehouses and other properties in Miraflores, Jesús María and more this March 31

He National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) The third auction of 2023 will be held on Friday, March 31, in which assets seized from natural persons or companies that have not complied with the payment of the imposed sanctions will be auctioned, for having gone against the regulations that protect the rights of consumers and intellectual property.

This activity will be carried out by the Coercive Enforcement Unit of this body and, on this occasion, warehouses, offices, houses and land will be auctioned located in the districts of Jesús María, Miraflores, Surquillo, Santiago de Surco, Ate, Villa El Salvador, Puente Piedra, Carabayllo, Ventanilla and outside Metropolitan Lima, in Cañete.
