Are you an entrepreneur and looking for qualified personnel? Pronabec publishes a list of 10,000 graduated talents

The National Program for Scholarships and Educational Loans (Pronabec) reported that around 10,000 scholarship holders who have just graduated, or who are close to doing so, have published their curricula vitae (CV) on the web platform ExpoTalentos Pronabec, to which private companies and various public institutions have access.

The young people have been trained, through the Virtual Course Empléate del Pronabec, on topics related to professional projects, development of high-impact CVs, contact networks, the use of ICT to search for employment, among other topics.

On the platform, employers can post their job offers, be it pre-professional internships, professional internships or employment, in order to consider trainees in their recruitment processes.

“We consider that the tool is a great opportunity that helps talents successfully enter the labor market and put into practice everything they have learned in the classroom, for the benefit of the country,” said César Tantaleán, Coordinator of Employability for Beneficiaries of Pronabec .

In this sense, Tantaleán invited more organizations to register on the platform and consider Pronabec talents in their personnel selection processes, since it will allow them to have people who add value to the fulfillment of their objectives.

To register on the platform, as a company or organization looking for talents, enter the ExpoTalentos Pronabec portal.

Since its launch, in May 2021, ExpoTalentos Pronabec has 66 registered companies and public institutions, which place their job offers. These include the Central Reserve Bank, Banco de Crédito del Perú, Banco de la Nación, Hochschild, National Superintendence of Tax Administration, Javier Prado Clinic, Manpower, Divemotor, Ministry of Health, National Civil Service Authority, Ministry of Housing Construction and Sanitation, Ferreyros, Mapfre and Ripley.
