How to present the declaration by digital means?

The Sunat stressed that, as in previous years, it is not possible to present the declaration using physical forms, that is, the process is 100% digital.

Return, payment or installment

In the event that a balance is determined in favor of Income Tax, taxpayers may register or update, at that very moment, the Interbank Account Code (CCI) so that Sunat deposits the refund directly into their account. banking.

If, on the contrary, they have a balance to regularize, they can pay it with any credit, debit card or even Yape. Likewise, they can request the deferral (up to six months) and/or fractionation (up to 72 installments) of the amount.

Finally, the Sunat recommends declaring before the expiration dates, ranging from March 24 to April 11, 2023, saccording to your last RUC digit and not wait until the last day.
