The foreclosures of Hego Euskal Herria, among the lowest in the State
The Basque Autonomous Community closed 2022 with 180 foreclosures on homes and Navarra did so with 83, according to INE data.

The number of foreclosures on homes in 2022 in Hego Euskal Herria amounted to 263, 180 in the BAC and 83 in Navarra, according to data from the National Institute of Statistics (INE). Together with La Rioja (109), they are the lowest figures in the State.
According to INE data, the total certifications for foreclosures in Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia and Araba last year were 286, of which 177 corresponded to homes owned by individuals and 3 to legal entities. The rest corresponded to another type (93) and rustic farms (13). For its part, in Navarra, 75 corresponded to homes of individuals and 8 to legal entities. The rest, up to a total of 152 certifications, are from other types of farms.
Regarding the data for the fourth quarter of 2022, Navarra was the community with the lowest number of certifications for home foreclosures, only 22. Cantabria has certified the same number. In third place is the Basque Autonomous Community with 25. These data are very far from the 1,141 registered in Andalusia.
Breaking down these data, of the total of 47 that were registered in the four territories of Hego Euskal Herria, 40 corresponded to natural persons and 7 to legal persons. In turn, all of the 43 certifications for foreclosure were for used homes and 4 for new homes.
