The Housing Family Bonus (BFH) seeks to benefit more than 18,000 families in Peru.
He Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) launched the first national call for the delivery of the Family Housing Bonus (BFH) in the modality construction on own site, of the Techo Propio program. This was formalized through Ministerial Resolution No. 077-2023 and the amount of the subsidy amounts to S/29,600 (6 UIT).
In this line, it seeks to benefit 18,994 families with limited resources and who seek to build their home on their own land or in independent air. Likewise, more than S/564.12 million has been allocated for this construction for the construction of 19,000 homes.
What are the requirements to apply for the call?
In the first place, family groups must have independent land or air free of charges and encumbrances. In addition, the head of the family must receive economic income below S/2,076 per month. Families must also contribute to savings starting at S/113.85, an amount that is equivalent to 0.023% of the UIT. Finally, the BFH applicant must be responsible for at least one person up to the second degree of consanguinity.
