What are the most demanded jobs for this 2023?
According to the survey carried out by the Ministry of Labor, the jobs that will be most in demand this year are:
- Protection guards in establishments.
- Office cleaners and assistants.
- Hotels and other establishments.
- Employees of statistical, financial and insurance services.
- Laborers of agricultural and livestock farms.
- Bricklayers and builders of houses and large civil works.
- Heavy truck drivers.
- Call center employees.
- Teachers of productive technical education.
- Commercial representatives.
- Other administrative support staff.

What skills do permanent jobs require?
In 72.5% of the demand for permanent jobsworkers will be required to have experience according to the occupation to be performed:
- 99.1% would request to have at least one type of digital skill.
- Most of the staff would be recruited primarily under the contractual modality of fixed-term contract (62.6%).
- 39.6% of new jobs, of a permanent nature, require that staff have specific training.
According to educational level
The MTPE indicates that for the total number of new permanent positions that would be hired, 45.5% require having at least completed high school; while a 35%, higher educationr (15.6% technical graduate and 19.4% university graduate). On the other hand, 9.8% do not ask to have completed basic education. For 2%, a basic technical level is required, and for 7.7%, a medium technical level is requested.
What are the most demanded careers?
Among the most demanded careers for this 2023, in permanent positions, are accounting and information systems engineering techniques (at a technical level); while to professional level technician would be administration, systems analysis, food industries, business administration and accounting.
