  • The insured fishing worker, according to Law 28320, must have two consecutive or non-consecutive contributions paid in the six calendar months prior to the month in which the disability began.
  • Insured fishermen and independent artisanal fish processors must have three consecutive monthly contributions paid.
  • The worker must have a labor relationship at the time the benefit is received (at the beginning and during the period to be subsidized).
  • In the event of an accident, it is enough that there is affiliation.
