Indecopi 2023 property auction: how much money should I offer to acquire one?

This Wednesday February 1stthe Indecopi Coercive Execution Unit will carry out the first auction of real estate in 2023. The auction will consist of houses, departments and a parking lotlocated in the districts Surco, Ventanilla, Comas, Miraflores, Lima and Carabayllo.

The estate to finish off, natural persons or companies were seized for failing to comply with the payment of violations for sanctions, either for violating free and fair competition, intellectual property, among others.

Indecopi 2023 auction: how much money should I offer to acquire one of the properties?

Among the goods to be auctioned, it was known that the entity offers a house in Santiago de Surco from S/444,000; an apartment in commas from S/68,000 (50% of shares and rights); a house in the Lima fence from S/201,000; and a parking lot from S/7,000 in Window.

However, if you wish to acquire any of the aforementioned properties, you must offer an amount of not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the property of interest, either in cash or through a cashier’s check, payable to Indecopi.

What requirements must I meet to participate in the auction?

Also, despite having the number of moneyit is necessary that the interested persons comply with certain indications:

• For those who participate in the auction on behalf of a natural or legal person, they must present a valid power of attorney registered in the respective registry office.
• Have your respective National Identity Document (DNI) in force.
• Take into account that people with expired identity documents will be prevented from participating by the public auctioneer, according to article 37 of law 26497, on the validity of the DNI.
• Approach, at least, 20 minutes before the scheduled time for the auction in which you wish to participate, to the main headquarters of Indecopi, in av. Del Aire No. 384, San Borja (at the 15th block of Av. Canada).
