Through its Coercive Execution Unit, Indecopi will hold the first real estate auction of the year this wednesday february 1. The properties to be auctioned will be houses, apartments and a parking lot which are located in the districts of Surco, Ventanilla, Comas, Miraflores, Lima and Carabayllo.
The estate to auction were confiscated by the entity regulation to natural persons and companies that failed to pay sanctions for committing a series of offenses. Among the assets, a parking lot is recorded in Window valued from S/7,000, an apartment in commas (S/68,000), a house in Lima fence (S/201,000) and a house in Santiago de Surco (S/444,000).

The person who wishes to acquire any of the real estate that are available in the first auction of Indecopi You must offer an amount of not less than 10% of the appraisal value of the asset of your interesteither in cash or through a cashier’s check in the name of Indecopi.
