Ministry of Housing transfers more than S/1,060 million to the Mivivienda Fund

More than S/ 890 million are destined to the execution of the Family Housing Bonus of the Techo Propio program, aimed at low-income families.

The Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation (MVCS) transferred more than S/ 1,060 million to the Mivivienda Fund to grant subsidies provided by the sector to families who aspire to have a home through the Techo Propio program and the New Mivivienda Credit.

It should be noted that, with this economic investment, the Peruvian Government expects to serve more than 34,000 families throughout the national territory.

Through Ministerial Resolution No. 032-2023-VIVIENDA, published today in El Peruano, the financial transfer of S/ 890 million 12,343 was authorized for the execution of the Family Housing Bonus in the modalities of Acquisition of New Housing and Construction in Own site.

Said bonus that the State grants to low-income families has a value of S/43,312.50 for those who wish to acquire a property, and a value of S/29,700 for those who want to build a home on their own land or in air. self-employed through the Techo Propio program.

Meanwhile, Ministerial Resolution No. 033-2023-VIVIENDA, approves the transfer of S/ 170 million 262,600 to the Mivivienda Fund for the execution of the Good Payer Bonus, a non-reimbursable financial aid granted to people with average incomes and a good credit history. who buy a property through the Nuevo Crédito Mivivienda. Said bonus ranges between S/10,800 and S/25,700, depending on the value of the home to be purchased.
