LatinFocus has once again raised the projection of the gross domestic product (PBI) of the Peru for this year to 10.6%, from an advance of 9.9% expected in last September, with which the country’s economy will expand more than the regional and world average.
The panelists of the FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast LatinFocus stated, meanwhile, that the average for Latin America and the world will register growth of 6.2% and 5.8% respectively.
In addition, the Peru will have a greater expansion than China (8.4%), the United States (6.1%), the Euro zone (4.8%) and Japan (2.5%) this year, estimated the FocusEconomics Consensus Forecast LatinFocus, in its last report of October 2021.
While in 2022, Peru will show an advance of 3.4%, above the average for Latin America (2.7%), although below the world average (4.4%), analysts forecast.

Thus, the Peruvian average will grow 10.6% in 2021, 3.4% in 2022; 3.4% in 2023; 3.3% in 2024 and 3.2% in 2025, while the Latin American average will advance 6.2% in 2021; 2.7% in 2022, 2.5% in 2023; 2.5% in 2024 and 2.5% in 2025, analysts estimated.
