In order to update the regulatory framework applied to appraisers to make the registration process more efficient, the Superintendency of Banking, Insurance and AFP (SBS) approved the new Regulation for the registry of appraisers who provide services to companies in the system. financial and other supervised.

New obligations of appraisers are included, such as reporting crimes, breaches and offenses against current regulations or directives on the matter of which they were aware during the exercise of their activity; as well as taking care of and guarding the goods, values, documentation and information that, due to the exercise of their activities, have been entrusted to them.
Finally, a standardized format is included to report the relationship of valuations for enrollment in the REPEV.
