The Gross Domestic Product in Navarra has registered a growth of 3.2% in the third quarter of 2022, in relation to the same quarter of 2021, after 4.5% in the previous quarter.
It is an estimate that ratifies the one obtained in the Advance of the Navarre Quarterly Accounts carried out by Nastat, the Statistics Institute of Navarra. In this same period, Spain recorded growth of 4.4% and the EU-27 at 2.5%.
In the third quarter, the sector of the building (3.9%) and fundamentally market services (6.5%) reflect the most notable growth in the period, with hospitality and administrative activities and auxiliary services reflecting the greatest dynamism.
Industrial activity attenuates the growth rate to 2% compared to the same quarter of the previous year and non-market services show a decrease of 3.6%.
In the third quarter of 2022 the job moderates the growth figure to 2.4%. For their part, salaried jobs increased by 2.2%.
The primary sector presents employment growth of 0.7% in relation to the third quarter of 2021 and industry stands at 1%. Market services, with 4.3%, reflect the most notable growth, although the growth rate moderated compared to the previous quarter. Finally, employment in construction reflects an increase of 1.4% and non-market services decreased by 0.2%.
