Regarding sales expectations, the executive revealed that the chain plans to sell 18% more than in 2021 and at the same time highlighted that all the products in the fourteen baskets that Tía offers are national, although he mentioned that the supermarket also has imported products. and customers can incorporate them into their baskets.

Favorita Corporation also projects a growth of between 10 and 20% in its Christmas baskets that are offered in the Megamaxi, Supermaxi and Akí stores. Rubén Salazar, corporate manager of Corporación Favorita, reveals that the chain among all the models, including the special prescription baskets requested by the client, expect to sell around 400,000 units.

In the Supermaxi and Megamaxi stores you can find eleven options: four pantries, two containers and five baskets. While in the Akí there are four alternatives: three pantries and a container.

Fernández Corporation is another chain that seeks to attract customers with three types of baskets, according to Elena Silva, the company’s Marketing Manager. She details that the baskets contain essential products for these festivities with prices from $11.20, $14.90 to $28.99.
