Starting this Thursday, the discount on fuel prices will be extended in Ipar Euskal Herria, following the rule adopted by the French National Assembly. In this way, as of September 1, a new rule will enter the entire French State that will increase state aid for fuel consumption, up to 30 cents per liter.
The discount will be decreasing, and will last from September 1 to October 30; after that, the bonus will be reduced to 10 cents per liter from November 1 to December 31.
For its part, the company TotalEnergiesunder pressure from the government over record profits this year, will compensate consumers with a extra discount of 20 cents per liter, which would be added to the 30 cent bonus from the Government. This measure will be in force until 31 October.
