Also on February 24, Zelensky signed a decree introducing general mobilization in Ukraine.
Last Wednesday the president signed the decrees on the extension of the legal regime of martial law and the deadline for the general mobilization and expressed the hope that the Verkhovna Rada would support this decision “in the near future”.
