Lima Stock Exchange closes the day with gains in 11 indicators and rises 0.17%

The Lima Stock Exchange closed the day this Thursday, April 7 with gains in most of its indices, scoring 11 indicators up and 5 down. Thus, the S&P/BVL Peru General indexthe most representative of the Lima stock market, rose 0.17% to 24,647.51 points.

For his part, the S&P/BVL Peru Selective Indexwhich is made up of the most traded shares in the local market, had an advance of 0.13% and was placed at 644.31 units.

The mining sector led the gains with an advance of 1.00%, followed by consumption that reached 0.23%, while services and electricity gained 0.15% each. On the other hand, financial, industrial and construction were the items that registered the greatest losses with 0.73%, 0.52% and 0.25%, respectively.

The shares that rose the most within the local index were: Coril (4.26%), Buenaventura (2.61%) and Nexa (1.54%). While those that fell the most were Banco de Credito del Peru (-3.74%), Morococha (-3.57%) and Candente (-3.49%).
