Ukraine accused Russian troops of attacking civilians, seven would have died

Ukraine said today that Russian forces attacked a column of women and children trying to flee hostilities in the Kiev region, killing seven of them, including a child.

According to the intelligence service of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, the attack occurred on Friday, when civilians were trying to leave the town of Peremoga in the direction of the village of Ostroluche, under an agreement reached with Russian forces for a humanitarian corridor.

“After the shelling, the occupants forced the column to return to Pobeda village and prevented them from leaving.
